About Us

We have been selling great design for over 6 years and we have shipped orders to five continents and dozens of countries. Learn more about us.

Payment

All payment methods available for your country will be presented at checkout.

Our preferred payment method is Paypal. Payment through Paypal is secure, but it requires registration on their site.

We can also offer cash-on-delivery for some countries. If none of the methods work for you we will be happy to arrange a TransferWise payment for you! Contact us.

Shipping

We ship by international post, GBS, DPD, Ekont or other service, depending on the size of the order and the delivery destination. Orders outside the EU are always shipped by post and are limited to 2 kg. The delivery price depends on the weight of your product and the destination and will be calculated in the cart before payment. There are several delivery options:

  1. Standard delivery by post. This is sent by regular post and takes about 4-6 working days for delivery within the EU. Limited to products not weighting more than 2 kg.
  2. Registered post. This is the more secure option and includes insurance, as well as tracking. It will also take 4-6 working days within Europe and is usually signed on delivery. We recommend that you choose this option, which is only slightly more expensive, but provides better security and tracking.
  3. Courier. This is a more expensive, but faster and more secure shipping option. It also allows shipping of heavier items like small furniture.
  4. Free delivery. Generally orders above 80 EUR are sent for FREE with a postal service, as long as the products ordered can be shipped by post. This is valid for all EU orders!

Delivery

We normally ship the products on the next day after your order. It usually takes 3-5 days for delivery within the EU (a little longer in December), but you should allow up to 10 days just in case. If you do not receive your package within 10 days let us know. Orders shipped outside the EU can take up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Occassionaly we have a problem shipping your order within 2 working days. In these cases we notify our customers by email that there is a slight delay with their orders and let them know the estimated delivery day. If for some reason this is too late for you, you can cancel your order and receive a refund.

Returns & Refunds

We are certain about the quality of the goods that we sell. If the product that you have ordered is not up to your expectations you can return it – no questions asked. You should contact us within 14 days of recieving your order. We will then arrange the return and your refund. You will receive a full refund (except for shipping costs), as long as the product is in resellable condition.

Personal data
We never give your personal data to other parties. If you make an order through our store, we might occassionally send you our newsletter (just a few times per year). If you wish you can unsubscribe at any point by following the link within the email.
